My gf uses the term "date night"
However it's her code for "we're fucking later", it doenst mean we have to go on a date.
While I prefer the more direct version, I cant complain.

Took my my family to Disney World about 15 years ago. Oldest daughter was 7. She looked at me and said, “Dad, why are all the fat people driving around on scooters and we’re walking? Shouldn’t we have the cool scooters? They need to be the ones walking. This makes no sense.”

I remember 8 or so years ago when Nicole Arbour posted her video, "Dear Fat People." It was funny and contained a lot of truth; but the backlash toward her was severe.
She had to delete the video and the only version still posted is from someone who despises her, hoping she never lives this down.
It's very funny and sadly very true.

I tried. I did try.
