But he loves 3rd-rate Aussie imitation grunge, the equivalent of his 3rd-rate Poison act.

I seem to recall when Silverchair came out, their shtick was that they were all so young.
I was into alternative rock at the time, but don't get anything out of hearing it today. Due to the dense production of some hair metal, I hear it now and sometimes notice things I didn't before. But the alternative music pretty much said all it was going to say to me 30 years ago.
Silverchair, Toadies, Spacehog, Nixons, etc.
As for Stevie, who knows? He seems to be "throwing it up and seeing what sticks" with random threads.

He's just gauging how the room feels about Tuff's "shocking new direction".
Well, not really, but maybe...

Beats his usual TMZ fare I guess.

I just saw that thread after reading your mention; I don't visit there much.
There seems to be a hint of water snobbery going on there. I mowed the yard today in excessive heat. Afterward I sipped out of the garden hose, like we all did in the 70's and 80's. It was glorious, but I guess according to Sludge I could drop dead from it.

Water.
Me?
The water here in San Diego is terrible. It's what they call hard water - it's full of sediment and whatnot. You should see my showerhead. It's so full of shit it sometimes can't shoot straight. So we have a reverse osmosis system for drinking.
When I travel to NorCal, Vegas, Florida, most places overseas, I drink tap. Tastes just like bottled or reverse osmosis.
In most places, tap is tits.
San Diego is a rare exception.
Water.

I grew up in a mountain village 8,000 feet up in the Colorado Rockies. The drinking water there was pure heaven but of course I didn't really realize it until I moved away. We moved to the big city of Grand Junction CO which actually just won a national drinking water taste test. But the water there tasted like crap after Ouray. I now live in Petaluma CA where the water is good, especially in winter but nothing like real Rocky Mountain Spring Water...

The REO hates Jakey Williams as well. Guess he must've passed on 20Qs too.

Tracking his beefs, one-sided or not, with other hair bands and their members has to be the funniest part of lurking on Sludge. I don't think I've ever seen someone with more enemies, whether his enemies know it or they don't.

I think they neither know nor care, but yes it's obvious that his own personal injury log is very well-curated.
