Awesome show by the equally awesome Guns N' Roses. Yeah, I'm a fan. Always have been. This was my ninth GN'R show (the fifth since the reunion and the sixth with Slash and Duff) and I was fourteen again. Me?
I saw the GNR reunion show three times in 2016. It was pretty much the best thing ever.
And then the following year, in 2017, I got banned from sludge for being too funny.

The Nobleman I saw the reunion show in 2016, last night of the first leg of the tour in San Diego. It was pretty cool. My wife and I both agree that it was one of the best concert experiences of our lives. And I've been to A LOT. I then saw the band again in 2017 and twice in 2018. While good, it didn't compare. This time was the closest I got to that awesome night in San Diego. I got banned from Sludge once about fifteen or twenty years ago, but it had nothing to do with me being to funny. It's just that the singer from Tuff was jealous of my massive dong. It's a gift and a curse.

Me? I met Richard Fortus at a NAMM show once. He's tiny. Except for his nose. You can hardly see him behind those giant gits...

This guy?
I don't know if you remember, but after playing the Troubadour, GNR played two Vegas shows before announcing the stadium tour. Axl was in a Foo chair. Duff sang a Fits cover. And Bastian Bach guested on "My Michelle."
The amount of talent on that stage was overwhelming. (the GNRers - not Bach)
That was the first time I ever cried at a concert. It was like seeing a god I never knew existed.
No.
I'm not gay.
I was there with my house bitch.
San Diego.
Was this when the Cult opened? I was there. Live Nation overpacked the Qualcomm pit. It was cramped but otherwise good.
The singer from Tuff has not seen my panus.
Yet.
Not gay.

Has Axl trimmed down?
He looks more fit than I remember him being in 2016.
Not gay.

You were at the Vegas shows? That's pretty cool. I saw Axl in the Foo chair when he was fronting AC/DC around that time. Probably the best AC/DC show I've attended! Yeah, the Qualcomm show in 2016 with the Cult opening is the one I'm talking about. It was brilliant. I was in the pit, too. I didn't find it crowded at all... But it was extremely small! Which, of course, is a good thing. At times, it almost felt like I was on stage with the band. Mojo was there too (or whatever his username is on the boards today). We could have had an EE Reunion back then, before there even was en EE! An EE pre-union, if you will!
