Just curious. I used to rip a book per week. I never do now. Fucking TV and shitty friends take up too much time.
Read a Grisham novel? Bet OB has.

But, truth be told, I don't read much genre fiction, Aces Full.
I don't watch much fucking tv, and I've been doing a great job avoiding my shitty friends, so that allows time to read.
I just finished the new biography on Elon Musk, entitled, Elon Musk. I've been getting into classical antiquity lately, both about antiquity and from antiquity. I like it. A lot of deep holes to penetrate there.
Waddle waddle.

I'm rereading an old book, and it's the first physical book (non tablet) in a long time.
It's different because I read a few chapters in bed at night, but with a book, I have to leave the light on. Plus, I can't make the page bigger when the print is small.

Also.
And I haven't tried this yet, but I think if I were to line the shelves of my walls with Kindles, I don't think it would give me that cozy feeling. And I don't think it would look good. I also think it would be expensive.

I read quite a bit, always have. My Dad was a reading teacher when I was a kid so it was ingrained from an early age. I pretty much read whatever interests me at the time. A lot of crime fiction and music biographies/autobiographies/history of type books. I collect and buy and sell books so if anyone is looking for something, feel free to hit me up.

I read a lot as a child, as a teen and as an adult until the age of 32 when I had my first kid. That first year of fatherhood I read almost nothing, and barely more the following couple of years until I had my second one, where I again almost stopped altogether. Then when my second one was about three I started reading regularly again, a little more each year probably. I now read, but nowhere near as much as I used to. I'm not blaming my kids, to be clear. But I do see direct correlation. I was wondering if that's normal so I researched it (well, I googled it...) and it turns out it's completely normal to stop reading when you have a kid... when you're the mother. So I don't know if I was doing it out of solidarity (just like I stopped smoking when she did)... If that's the case, I hope I don't go through menopause when she does.

Box is a weird term for pussy but I guess I can see where it comes from. I mean, you can put things in a box, like you can put things in a vagina. So why not? Still, I find it weird and I don't think I'm alone.

I read a lot...well, around 10 pages a day, that's a lot when you add up each day...90% books, 10% comic books.
Grisham: I read The Street Lawyer...someone gave it to me or I found it, can't remember. It was decent but I'm not going to go hunting for more of his books.
These days I'm reading yet another book of poems/short stories by Bukowski (Septuagenarian Stew), Rational Male (by Tommasi) and a book on French journalism (it's crap, but reveals the collusion between journalists and politicians)...
