I have zero interest in ever seeing this band live, but I have to admit that this is pretty fucking good.

How can anyone say this sounds bad? Everyone is blowing the Halford's Priest album.

How can anyone say this sounds bad? Everyone is blowing the Halford's Priest album. The new Priest record is really fucking good. I'll have to live with it for a bit to know if it has any staying power, but upon first listen it's quite phenomenal. Now, it's very derivative of things they've already done; they're just playing to their strengths, but it works. I find it better than Firepower, and the production sounds slightly less "digital" as well.

Maybe it's just being 60 now but I prefer the slower paced tunes. Devil in Disguise and Trial by Fire especially...

Rob brings the screech on some songs. My Spotify stream is messin' up though. Maybe I'll buy a couple digital tracks.
