One is DJ Shadow, who probably doesn't put on any kind of show except play his turntables and gizmos. His 1996 album "Endtroduction" is one of the best instrumental hip-hop records, and certainly one of the most influential of that decade. It's absolutely brilliant, but I don't know anything else he's done.
The other band is an up and coming hard rock band called Dirty Honey. I know I've heard them (at least one song) but there was nothing memorable about them. On the other hand, they are supposed to be a good live band and are probably a lot more photogenic than a DJ.
Both are in the same neighborhood, but both start at the same time so I can't just do a bit of each. So, which one should I attend? Please vote!
It should be noted that I may not abide by the poll's result. But I'll definitely take it into consideration!

I'm an idiot. It's not DJ Logic, it's DJ Shadow. I don't know why I wrote Logic instead of Shadow. There's no logic to that. There isn't even the shadow of logic!
Anyway, I was leaning toward DJ Shadow anyway. And again, the poll is non binding.

Dirty Honey are a band therealgws has posted multiple times to the +NEW+ music threads and been ignored in.
I would opine that a raucous rawk show ft. raucous rawk is likely the better option to DJ Shadow...
You can recreate the DJ Shadow experience at home by putting on Endtroducion, standing next to your light switch, and flicking it on and off (with optional tacos).
