Ya know you should have gone with my stand-up comedy on a stand-up paddle board pitch on MS. That fucking variety show would have taken you to another fucking level. You no doubt would be fucking paddling through greener fields and bluer waters by now. Also, what's up with the life jacket? It's not like you're standing up and paddling through dangerous bear infested rapids. You're in calm waters on a board that fucking floats even if your livin la vida loca with it unclipped. -100 badass man points.
- The Knäve *ech* Good points. I'm older now, don't swim as well and cramp up easily. Plus wifey insists... Even you forgot you arent standup paddleboarding and didnt refute Molly on this issue. Photo Phail again.

Honestly I rarely have any idea what either of you two are blathering on about. I just like Molly better than you. And I've never met Molly (knowingly)...

Good points on all that. For people wanting to look cut, water retention is the enemy. There are horrific dehydration stories of what people do before photo shoots. To clarify, dehydration contributes to water retention. Consuming water reduces water retention.
OB?
Okay, I had to look this up here. In 2021, OB measured his water intake. He did this for one day only because it's a pain in the ass. For water only, (excluding non-water drinks such as Celsius, protein shake(s), and alcoholic beverages, which technically should be included because they're mostly water), OB consumed 281 ounces of water, about 2.2 gallons. When those other items are included, total water intake was 402oz - it was a dranking night for old OB on the COVID Zoom.
OB dranks 2+ gallons of room temperature water from the bottle per day. Water gives OB energy, keeps OB alert, keeps OB from eating unnecessarily, and feels quite natural for OB. OB does not force himself to consume excess water; it feels good.
The trick is to have room temperature water (better for gulping; cold water sucks and is for fuckhuey fat girls) in a large bottle at one's side at home and at work.
Thank you.
The Nobleman Bump.

The NoblemanWarm water is fine, but - one also has to be aware of his body temperature. I do play sports outside, often in very hot temperatures. I've never had heat stroke, but have felt close on several occasions. Cold water does help bring my body temperature down. You may remember Corey Stringer of the Minnesota Vikings died of heat stroke in training camp. If I sweat a lot, I will drink more water. I've hydrated "just to be safe," and ended up on a long bike ride really needing to pee, or experiencing the same in the middle of a tennis match. I'm not a selfie kinda guy, but am lean. I've considered doing the dehydration thing and snapping some pics; but the process doesn't sound appealing.

He's repeatedly asked me for pics of mine.

The NoblemanHa! I don't have any pics, but if I see a cheap selfie stick, I'll pick one up. By modern standards I'd be skinny. In boxing terms, I'm a welterweight, which if memory serves is where 140 lbs. lies. I don't have any bulky muscles, but am also quite lean. More of a bean pole than a fatass.

10 pounds might not sound like a lot, but when you're 5'1" like Kerry, it actually is a fair amount.
