Today: Animal movements, Rings (top position, skin-the-cat, front tucks) stretching Tomorrow: Dips, Pullups, (chest-to-bar), Pushups (strict), Australian pullups, core work

Put up 60 on the boy in two games of 21 the other day in the glorious autumn fresh air and sunshine. We play that if you get stuck at 11 you go back to zero and if you break 21 you go back to 13 so I had to actually score 39 in the first game. Cumulative score of the two games. 60-11. Any of you chumps want some??

Pullup/dips drop set supersets + Ring work + Dip bar pushups/Aussie Pullup supersets.
