Great workout yesterday Pullup/dips drop set supersets + Ring work + Dip bar pushups/Aussie Pullup supersets. too tired to do any more. Not a bad direction at all Ever done a muscle up?

Me? I've been doing mobility work every day. It's important as we get older.
My fave? Julia, this german redhead.
She has a very nice Youtube channel. Why? Because she's no nonsense. Doesnt greet you, doesnt beg you to like, share, comment or subscribe. Just gets down to it.
This is in addition to my monstrous bodyweight calisthenic workouts. THIS IS EACH DAY. Morning and before bed. My favorite are the ape walks. I do them and shout out "Look at me! I'm a Ape!"
(I say I'm A ape as a reference to when Chris Holmes had 'I'm A animal" on his git.)
Take a look. She's pretty foxy and she double handed waves at me at the start of every session.

I've done it on the bike, too. Put a gallon of milk in my backpack and rode home. I don't know that they did much, but I would also put 2.5 lb. ankle weights on.

I started to get a little bit of a belly after the last surgery. Dr. said the 2 best exercises were the horizontal press and the repeated leg extensions.
In other words, push myself away from the table and walk more. It works.

O hi Huge-y. Me? Aint benched in a while. I do ring pushups and ring dips for chest. im at 9 strict pullups You? I myself have been intermittent fasting the last 11 weeks and down around 9lbs, plus gained some muscle too, so maybe a couple more. Still got some love handleage tho. No weights, all calisthenics. It's been fun though.

After a certain level, I think planks are kinda pointless. But I've been trying to hook up with a chick who's into yoga, so I've been doing them. Side planks, too.
I've read once you hit a minute or two, going longer yields diminishing returns. But it is kinda fun to put on a 5-6 minute song and see if you can maintain the whole time. Might try Women by Def Leppard today.

Agreed. I'm going to inflate my stability ball and try that instead. I found some cool exercises to try.

Ok, after some cardio, I did 2 sets of 3 exercises with the stability ball, including side raises with the ball between my feet. I did this as a pre-exhaust before planks, of which I did 1 minute per side, then 2 minutes of a normal plank.
The pre-exhaust worked, as the planks were noticeably more challenging. Background song: The Zoo, by Scorpions.
